Michelin "compact" 145-60 R13 tyres

Just wondering if anyone has experience of using Michelin "compact" 145-60 R13 tyres?
I am considering using them on a self-built lightweight 3 wheeler. I notice they are "C" energy rated. I cannot seem to find anything higher rated in a small size.
I am considering mounting them on some Imagewheels rims but was wondering what kind of width rim, relative to the tyre is best for MPG.

Many thanks, lee.

No help here but too bad they don't sell them in the US, they would fit the rear of my 1981 Comutacar quite well.

Ah well.
