[QUOTE=Arragonis;258302]Not quite a supercar, but still pretty stylish...

The 'plane has been converted into a caravan, sleeps 2.

Visa versa, this supercar converts into a plane...

Now that's just sick. What you do is take the back seat out of the plane, so you can put in a mountain bike, tent, and other sleeping gear, and head off to your favorite dirt/grass strip, or dry lake...

When I have time to peruse the way to post a picture I have one of a plane parked with the other spectators at the Bonneville speed week on Sunday, just landed and taxied up and sat in the shade of the wing watching. Spectator area was 4 miles long and the most AMAZING car show i have ever seen.
Practical supercar: Harrah of the casino fame's car he raced his wife to work in Reno. She had a souped up jaguar, no speed limit in Nevada then, and his car his mechanics made, a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Ferrari v12 in it. He was safe, 4 wheel drive for when it snowed. I saw it after he died in his car museum 1200 cars at the time and it was fantastic mechanics even made a Jerrari chrome logo for it, looked factory.
Also the Maserati BiTurbo sedan, Listed when current as the least expensive and most useful european supercars .

There was a reason for that

They are super cheap now but buying one is a little like Russian Roulette - whoever gets caught with the car when it goes pop loses.

...the Porsche TV-commercial showing Mom delivering the kids to school in a school-bus yellow Porsche, and Dad hauling cement in his cement-gray Porsche, is pretty good.

Quite a few people near where I live have Porsches, Ferraris and Lambos. Interestingly only the Porsches seem to be out every day.

Oh, and one Lancia Delta Ingrale EVO

which comes out every day, rain, shine or snow. The guy who runs it (must catch up with him some time) seems to change the wheels and tyres in the snow but thats all.

0-60 in about 5 seconds, and 6 times world champion rally car.

(Drool). Nice! I have been a fan of anything Rally for a few years -- and we never got the Integrale as an option. If we're going for "Budget Supercar-Like Practicality", the EVO and STi are good pics...

...me in my not-so-EcoModding days, with a practical demonstration of the EVO's snow traction with proper tire choice. It did quite a lot for what it was -- the 4-door design allowed up to 4 Passengers + the driver, reasonable trunk space. Plus, the In-Laws thought it was fun (sometimes). Too bad it was a poorly built (transmission problems). But things happen for a reason, so it was traded for a pedestrian TL.

How about the good old El Camino SS? In performance it blew away most of its rivals and yet it`s also a pickup.
