I just got my pre-built mpguino in the mail the other day and I still need to install it (need to drive the electric car over to where the vx is being stored first...) but I don't really want to hack an injector wire, nor do I want to hack the VSS wire... can anyone point me at what ECU wires would need to be taped in to? or is this a bad idea?
is the best place to get the 12v the fuse block?
I want to see if I can put it in place of the clock block off on the dash, is there any 12v back there? I think that opening is pretty small but it still seems like a good location.

The clock blockoff will have the connector for the clock attached to the backside of it and should have 12V power, but one will be when ignition is on and one will be constant IIRC, I might have to dig up some schematics and get back to you.

It's very easy to tap into the fuse block under the dash with a female spade connector. There is even a pin under there for constant power. I'll get links up for it later today.

Hi Guys,

Still learning my way around here, so please tell me how I can get the kit or check out plans on how to build one of these.

I've got a scan gauge II coming from Santa but since my VX is a 94 no OBDII port.

Thanks,
Dave
