My
MPGuino worked beautifully until using the intermittent wipers, when every second or third wipe would cause a freeze or reset, presumably due to transient voltages. Irritating when trying to calibrate fuel flow! Anyway, thanks to another modders ideas, I have put a 100 microfarad capacitor across the power connections, and a diode(unknown out of an old battery charger) in the positive feed. No more trouble, works fine.
Also a word of thanks to the folks who dreamed the
MPGuino up, I had been hoping for something like this for years but lacked the electronic/computer knowhow to do it myself.....Thanks all!
I will post car calibrations when I have done the tests.
