Block heaters are great to have, they are very very necessary here in Saskatchewan, Canada. It gets to -40C here in the winter somtimes and with the wind can get to below -50C. You really notice that your tires are not fully inflated when the temperature drops to -20C, they develop a flat spot that doesn't go away because of the tire being so COLD and it feels like you have square tires for about a block.

Price

Handling, stability, and a sidewall max rating of 50 PSI compared to 44 PSI, so I am not sure about the hit on MPG's since the weather is really messing up my fuel log. These larger tires even fill it out some and they look better. I have not seen the sun in a couple months, so when we get a nice day, I'll clean it up and take some pics.

It never ends. I am currently rebuilding a head to have a spare for either me or someone who needs it, but everything changed recently. I have received a few things in the mail from 3Tech Performance and am going all out. The head I am rebuilding is being documented here........
Head Rebuild Project............

I now have an economy grind camshaft, head bolts, and a 10 degree advanced timing gear......

I am going to also cut Singh grooves into this head for experimental purposes and fuel economy testing.........

More info on that here...........

Installed new door moldings on the side of the car................

Yes, I installed a passenger side mirror again. Crazy people like to pass on the right because I drive too slow.

Also painted the rusty wiper arms red.................

Last, but not least, installed a 3Tech XFi cam and advanced (10 degree) timing gear.........

Now we should see 60+ all summer long!
