2 separate processes 1 distillery 1 water injection 3water resavors . Would work

8bar=116.03 psig would a stainless steel air compressor tank rated at 200psi like this do the job ? Or a normal steel (shorter life)?
5ga stainless iar tank rated to 200psi max

The car was just a random pick of the 3 you mentioned considering for the project. If have the hp and BSFC (fuel/hp hr) of a rig I can run the #'s to find your target cc/min.

I had something like this in mind:

with the internal filter removed and inverted.


As for the dirty water reservoir, we have some 10L olive oil containers, they are thin walled but they are free so i intend on using some of those.

The can be disposed of and the cap used for later on. I kind of fancy the idea of placing 10 or 20 liters at once and get 1000km's worth of water in on go.
