Do they come in any other colors besides white? I think white is a bit boring. Red or black would look a lot nicer to me.

Any customer can have an Aptera painted any color they want so long as it is white.

Hi,

I believe other colors will be available, but there is a concern with heat and the longevity of the composite structure. White will keep it the coolest.

As for the HVAC -- it has a reversible heatpump, and it should be fine in this aspect. It is front wheel drive (which is close to the Cg) and I would imagine that snow will be fine, too. Later, they may well have things like traction control, which will also help.

It could be like the Moeller "Air Car" that the point isn't to produce them; the point is to always have production "right around the corner" and keep dragging investors along for the ride, providing the players a nice living in the meantime.

Some of the changes are functionally substantial: the significant changes are the door windows now roll down, the front wheel track is narrower, the rear quarter windows are revised, and the rear wheel housing extends to the rear fascia with it's recessed taillights. There is also more interior room in this version.

The roll down windows are critical, as is the narrower front track. The quarter windows probably have better sight lines and open up some blind spots. The rear change may affect safety when the Aptera is rear ended?

I think Mr. Moeller has been doing that since something like 1964, and collected close to 20 million dollars.
