Thank you. I am building a mod tonight and tomorrow to use on my 25' enclosed car trailer.
It looks like it is going to be out of PCV pipe and some plastic sheets (coraplast?). I plan on making a nose cone and a boat tail.
I just got back from driving 6 days and 1000's of miles. I have a GMC seirra with a 2006 LBZ diesel motor and 6 speed allison tranny. I got from 9 to a high of 13 (13 with a strong tailwind) with or without a load, but averaged 10mpg.
The trailer feels like pulling a wall even though it is somewhat rounded. I will post pictures when I am allowed to. I am leaving tomorrow or Thursday on a 6000 mile trip, so I will post what the results are. Maybe I will see some of you on the road!
