New "Economy Run" events for 2010?

Well, looks like I didn't check the SMCC Montreal events schedule properly. There's an economy run schedulled for June 12th.

Just giving this thread a bump in hopes that another club or someone might consider organizing an event this summer. We're right in the middle of the best mpg season possible. All it takes is some time spent mapping out a course and printing out some directions. You don't even need to bother with trophies. It's the comeraderie and freindly competition that we enjoy at these events.

Who put on the one in November of last year? I wanted to do that one but couldn't make it for some reason, I'd really like to do one of these especially now that I have the HCH. Anywhere in the greater Albany area is a reasonable drive for me.

That was me, and the third such event that I have organized. I am hoping other people will have been inspired enough to create a similar event of their own for us all to enjoy.
