Very nice finish. I did some last year but they are screwed on and i couldn't be bothered covering up the screws!
As for mpg gains? I didn't measure any but they can only help and are easy enough to do.

Let me chime in here as well, that'd look good on my VX. You must have used the same material/procedure for the grill block.
