Hi, new to the site, My last high mileage vehicle bit the dust at the hands of a deer a couple of years ago (metro vs deer - deer wins) My replacement car (2007 Suzuki forenza) seems to get the same mileage no matter what I do - about 30 on the highway- My new plan is to build a low cost, low speed EV on the metro platform . I am looking at using the D&D sepex/SEM sevcon powerpak motor combo. Has anyone else used this motor/controller combo with good results?
