New hypermiler here!

Hey, guys, name's Nick, and I drive an '05 HCH-I. I just drove it like a regular car before and got the benefits of slightly better gas mileage, but I decided I should kick up my game and really milk this car for all it's worth... Still, even with basic hypermiling techniques, I can't break ~47-48 mpg highway, so I'm hoping to do some basic mods to kick that up, especially with how otherwise inefficient higher-speed driving can be.

I just got a Scanguage in the mail the other day. Maybe we can plug it in and you can check it out.

I just got 22.5mpg average (with a strong tailwind) going down 460 to work Tuesday Morning in the Dodge Ram 1500 V8 4.7L automatic. No mods just driving technique.

Is the ScanGauge actually worth getting if I already have the HCH-I's gauge?
