Puts me in mind of the Citroen AX GT's spoiler, a very angular device but perhaps similar in effect?

Had they simply extended the roof-line further,it would have terminated also at point C.I'd be interested to know how much drag reduction that would have accomplished as a comparison.-------------- If they were also addressing soiling of the backlite I can see that there might be an advantage to what they've done,killing two birds with one stone.
