Newbie Question about Garage

Ive been on here a while, but this is most definitly a newbie question. I added a moped to my garage a few months ago as I had found a great deal on craigslist for it. A few days before I went to give the guy the money and pick it up the guy emails me and says he sold it to someone else. Now I have this moped in my Garage that I was intending on ecomodding that I dont actually own and I cant figure out how to remove it. If it is possible can someone that has been here a while help me out.
