newbie wanting to build mpguino

I'm thinking about building a mpguino but I am not too familiar with everything. I'm confident I can do it, but still learning. From what I've read so far I think I'm gonna order this freeduino and this screen

Freeduino Arduino Diecimila compatible board complete KIT
16x2 LCD Module While Characters Blue Backlight

as far as the rest of the parts, where would you suggest ordering these or buying them?
2 5.1v zener diodes
1 2n3906 PNP Transistor
1 220 ohm resistor
2 100k resistors
3 tactile switches
small breadboard

If I was you, I would contact the people selling the board and ask them if they could sell you the extra parts... they will sell you one resister not 5,10,100... and for cheap... that is if they will sell those parts to you. I know if you want to go the iDuino route you can get most of the extra parts for under $5.00 and it doesn't add to the shipping. The rest can be found at RadioShack or similar. I am building one now, and it's about ready to go.
