News report on water fuel cars

So he says that he can go 100 miles on 4 ounces of water...but drives a "water gas hybrid" or some bs like that. I'm guessing that based on his torch, this is just another one of these electrolysis machines, right?

The fact that he claims he could run the car on water alone is very suspect, in my mind, because he'd be powering the electrolysis machine on the energy from the water itself. Perpetual motion!

Reporters without basic science knowledge shouldn't be allowed to file reports like this. Repeatedly calling water "fuel" is silly.
