Smile Nice to find you

Just traded my 2002 330i/MT(27 mpg) for a 2002 Insight CVT. Looking forward to following the many tips and lessons learned from the contributors to this site.
I'm sure I'll find it but googling for a cruise control system is what lead me to the site.
Besides the car, which is going to be used for a 50 mile roundtrip commute from NN to Norfolk VA. I'm in the Navy, with a wrench turning and electronics repair background. I've been married to my beautiful wife for 20+ years and together we've raised 2 great kids. The oldest will be attending VA Tech this fall.

An first generation Insight is a sought after gem around here. Congrats. I think that car is infinitely better looking. You traded up and really smart. I'm sure the other guy got something he wanted too. Which is also cool. One thing I learned about hybrids on this site is that you can get the batteries "repaired" when they wear out and save thousands. I would bet you know that already with your background, but just in case, thought I would mention it. Welcome. Oh! And join "Team hONDA" -- with that car you'll do way wicked well really soon and probably bump me out of position 7 or 8.

Unless your car is red, then it's eligible for my team.
