Nissan Patrol 4x4
Just a quick note,
From Australia, usually I spend time on the 4x4 forums where success is measured in thrills, spills, mud, and copious quantities of diesel smoke, nearly the polar opposite from ecomodder.
My vehicle, Nissan Patrol is basically a big steel box weighing, 3,000kg, I get around 11.4l/100km (about 21mpg(US)), that is down from 11.85 average.
Don't have a scan gauge, but I have complete records for the last three years.
I have aways been keen to improve my fuel economy, and do a lot of the things discussed here already, but there is always room for improvement.
I found this site a few days ago and have been reading through a lot of posts and also went through the list of 108 tips, just to get up to speed before I joined up.
