So interested in one of these things but my car uses the "peak-n-hold" style injectors. In theory if I changed out my injectors for what is called a "saturated" injector would I then be able to hook this tool up?

If you can convince your ECU to work with saturated injectors, I suppose it could work. Alternately, you could become a guinea pig to see if we can get the MPGuino code to finally work with peak-n-hold injectors.

I mean I'm willing to give it a shot but in my Honda history working for a performance shop and doing swaps on my own, people have added "peak-n-hold" injectors with a resistor box to cars while still using a "saturated" injector computer. I'd assume you could do the same in reverse as I was under the impression the computer sends the same signal it's the resistor box that makes the difference in how the injector runs that signal not the computer. I could be wrong though I'm still searching all through Google for this info so bear with me.

Here are links I have collected about peak-an-hold type injectors and mpguino:

MPGuino Fuel Mileage Meter

I have added that winker code to my mpguino but have no idea if it works (and cannot test it)

Peak Hold Injector Adaptor "Kit Back Catalogue" - Jaycar Electronics

* I dont have any car with peak-an-hold type injectors but I searched about topic some time ago because I make mpguinos and wanted to see I can make my mpguino compatible with these injectors. So no practical feedback from me, but these links would be very useful to make your car work with mpguino.

I have two MPGuino up for sale in the classifieds, and would be happy to do the installation if you don't live too far away.

Check my signature.

And about guiding in installation. You just have to take a multimeter and measure injector and speed sensor points under the hood. Thats a good starting point. After you have done that, then ask for help, it's easier for everyone.
