Depends on what you consider upright. 20's would work for a 45* recline

I don't think anyone would tolerate that much inclination; with the seats all facing each other, I expect they're trying to make it easy for passengers to converse while they're whisked along.

I was solving only the 30"+ wheel height problem. It IS a concept car
