Only getting 42mpg in my 1990 CRX HF

In the ecomodding sticky,on page two,I've listed the effects of road grade on mpg.Those hills you're driving could be costing you 55% of your mileage.42-mpg may be "fantastic" mpg,depending on your driving environment.Check the numbers and compare to your roads.
