PHEV1 Prius - Fuel Economy, Hypermiling, EcoModding News and Forum

Yesterday on the way downstate I saw a Prius with license plate PHEV1 and a bumper sticker "Plug In Hybrid 100+ mpg".

Possibly owned by someone here?

Gas savers around here are few and far between, it would be nice to see another ecomodder here.

The only PHEV's that I am familiar with over at Priuschat.com are in OH, VA, CA and NY. Possible the guy you saw in on the site too but not someone I regularly read posts from.

There was also a guy from Indianapolis considering a PHEV conversion so he would be the only one close to you that it might have been from Priuschat.com that I know of.

Also, 500 PHEV's were distributed as lease fleet only cars to businesses so it's possible the one you saw was in that fleet.
