Photoshop/Gimp (turn Neon into CRX)

So I don't have anything to offer but can anyone photoshop or gimp a 2000 dodge neon to look like it was modded to look like a 1989 crx? Make it a 2 door. the years do not have to be exact obviously, just a preference. I used to own a 1989 but my dad blew it up racing it
