"Pizza pan" hub caps (2008 Civic)?

This is a general question and a specific question.

Do "pizza pan" style hub caps substantially improve aerodynamics? Is it a worthwhile venture? How do they look in the flesh? That's general.

More specifically, I have a 2008 Civic LX which just has plastic wheel covers presently. What's the best avenue to go after this sort of hub cap (does someone sell them? is there an easy mod?)?
