Hi all -

Apologies for the down time.

The server choked and passed out some time overnight. The admin gave it the Heimlich maneuver this morning first thing, and it's working again.

But he says he needs to take it offline around 6 PM Eastern today to do some maintenance.

hopefully this won't be the start of a server fiasco again.

Nah, it was just hypermiling the electricity. Pulse up to working, glide down to standby....

Ha. Funny, Nevyn.

Just bumping as a reminder: server will be down in about 2 hours (6 PM Eastern) for about 15 mins. The reason: we need more disk space allocated to us.

Tom: We've been really happy with the service at the current hosting co. He's usually on the ball, and is very available.

It has seemed to be way more stable than the previous server/hosting company.
