It does resemble those hearse conversions performed in small coupe-utilities here in Brazil

Pretty sure that's a wheel chair access conversion in case anyone's wondering. You can see the ramp underneath. There used to be some similar things done around here for Taxi service, but now they simply use vans.

I don't know, the ramp (if that is what it is) looks pretty narrow. It needs to be a folding wheelchair to fit on that an through the opening.
But a folding wheelchair would fit in the boot of a standard Prius, or for that matter a Fit Hybrid - like my neighbour proves everytime he and his wife need to move about more than a few steps on their destination. |
