Prius with motorcycle mirrors

In preparation for the wife taking over the prius I took off my motorcycle mirrors and put back the original stock ones. I then had a 200km drive about 3/4 at 95-105km/hr and the other at 75-85. MFD was showing 4.8l/100km at the start of the trip, after the road trip and about 50km more of city driving still 4.8.

Last tank I had also taken off the lower lip after reading a lot of prius posts saying the underside had a lot of aero work done and the increase cda might hurt more than decreasing the air under. That same tank was also a 4.8 tank which had been my average all winter.

Yes sorry had to post a few more to get it up to 5...

The mount for the stock mirror was left to allow it to return to stock. I drilled a whole that is now covered up when I put the stock mirrors back on. I also taped up the old mirror mount to smooth it out. When I put them on my miata project I will make some coroplast covers to go over the short arm and make that more aero dynamic.
