You keeping the A/C?
Your pallet looks a little smashed too. Mine came with the engine hanging off the pallet (which was shattered) and the ties holding it on shredded my engine harness and destroyed some of the sensors too from being tossed around on the truck  Hope you fared better in the shipping department, haha. Keep this thread live!

I think they lied to me about the egr control box? Anyone got one for sale? Tom? I'm a little screwed.
Anyway, new engine prepped to go in, old one almost ready to come out, just need to pop the axles and drop it off the mounts...

I drained the coolant into a bucket, but you can't get it all...this is after I removed all the hoses and junk:
