Well I knocked off 64.7Mpg around town today on a 4 mile drive in town, during lunch hour(heavy traffic)

I can't wait til I get MpGuino showing real MPG numbers they are low right now, I am guessing 64.7 was actually over 70 based on old tanks.

Edit:I hit 69.8Mpg on the return trip 3.5 miles one less place to stop.

How could I get a MPGuino? Does anyone on the site make them and sell them?

God I love my MpGuino!!

I was trying to find out why it resets tonight and decided to practice P&G a lil more around town tonight. The coolest part about the Guino in my opinion is the large number current. You can tell if you are going up or down on mileage instantly. No more waiting to fill up.

I have posted another thread on p&g showing progress, but tonight I shocked myself.

89.2 over a distance of 9.37 miles in town. I am freaking out over that one. My dad gets 95 on his scooter I was so close. P&G rocks.!

Fun, eh?

I'll vouch for 89.2 mpg in a Metro - it's well within the realm of possibility even in a "normal" flow of 30 mph sub/urban traffic under the right circumstances (when the traffic lights work with you). Other drivers wouldn't even be able to tell you're doing anything different.

What speed/gears were you using?

Heck ya it's fun, like trying to beat a top score at the arcade.

I was using 3rd,and 4th, accelerating at about 3/4 throttle and shifting at 2200rpm. I was using a 10 mph window centered at 35mph. And was eoc to red lights and was able to time everyone for once without stopping completely except one light(will not change unless you get on the pad) And at that light I left off until I saw other light go yellow, then restarted the car.

I know I won't be able to pull this mileage all the time, but will be nice on days I run errands around town. It was an amazing experience for me, I was struggling to hit 50 in town before, now I know the guino has been worth every second and dollar I put into it.

Are they ob2 compatible? Anyone making them turnkey? Looking for a less expensive alternative to scangage.

Yeah Darin it was the second one, but I read both. Thanks for posting those, I have been kinda slow at keeping up with site lately.

And some Q&A in another thread at some point in time.
