Bonjour, je serai bref, j'ai pas trop le temps :P
1 grand fan du site, ecolo, interessé a faire une bicyclette a moteur en premier pour ensuite faire la voiture. Je veux comprendre comment ça marche avant d'investir plus de 1000$.
Question : je lis sur des sites que 24 batteries de 6 volts peuvent ammener plus loin que 12 de 12. C'est un site qui vend ses kits. Est-ce causé a cause des plugs en serie ou en parallele? si c'est ça j'aimerais savoir comment exactement je prolonge le range. Est-ce de garder un voltage bas (pour avoir du 90 km/h) pour durer plus longtemps? Si vous connaissez un bon tutorial sur ce site, ou autre, j'aimerais bien le lire. Je comprends tres bien l'anglais.

The energy you get from the batteries is the same, but losses are a function of the current. Energy is power x time eg watt-hours.
But the losses in the system are a function of the current squared . So if you reduced the current by half, you reduce the losses by 4x, even though you are getting the same power (( volts x amps) .
That is why higher voltages are gaining popularity.
