can a used clutche affect the fuel economy? (used like need to be change soon (not very soon))

What are the signs and simptoms that you notice about the clutch?

a little slipping some times and wierd sounds some times but no problem with the 4 and 5 gear

If it's weird sounds that happen in some gears but not others then you might have a transmission bearing that is going out, try replacing your transmission fluid? if your clutch is slipping tho not all of the energy is getting to the wheels so yes, it is costing you gas.

A slipping clutch will show it most in top gear. Your description is the opposite.

maby i dont feel the slipping in top gear. but i recently made a trip of 140 km that i am used to do and a got a average of 4.05l/100km and about one month ago i did the same trip and i got 3.6l/100km dont know if its the clutche?

Hard to say, but could it be related to the cooler temperatures we have had over the past week or so ? There are so many factors than can have an impact on fuel consumption.

Replacing the transmission is not much more work then replacing the clutch, so if you are already prepared to do the clutch you might just do both.
A bad bearing in the transmission is going to give you poor mileage as well, if it's the main bearing then it could be leaking fluid on the clutch causing it to slip.

Are you running out of pedal travel upwards after the clutch has engaged?
