Maybe with a transmission setup similar to the Isetta, it could be made driveable. But that steering setup with chains would need to get a replacement for the sake of reliability.

Its as stock as I was able to restore it, since most of the parts have not been made in a hundred years. So I had to use what I could get that were as close to the original as possible. Those are mountain bike tires on hand cart wheels.
Alrighty then. A wheel and tire upgrade has become popular over the last 1.13 centuries.
