Arrow Rear bumper aero weakness

I drive a 4th gen 1995 Camaro with a Cd of .338. This car is decently aerodynamic, but the rear bumper is too curved and adds a lot of tailing turbulence. I was wondering if anyone has ever done a rear bumper swap on a 4th gen before? Or if there is some way of dealing with a poorly designed rear bumper. I plan on cleaning the front aero up, but if the back is going to be the biggest problem spot I need to focus there too

You get a bonus point for not spelling it "Camero".

Without the car right in front of me,it's hard to tell about the bumper.
Since the 1980s,we've had access to lower drag via the full bellypan with diffuser, which is integrated into the valance portion below what is customarily the 'bumper.'
You might inspect under the car and compare to a modern Corvette or Impala. If the Camaros undercarriage is really 'raw' you might consider the paneling and then you could do the diffuser, which would define the lower extremity of the bumper fascia.
You might pick up a few points reduction. After that you might consider some boat tail back there.

You could build up some bondo and make a sharp edge like the back of the Volt. This would cleanly detach the air from the bumper shape. This on the Camaro, however, would not be visible at the pump.

You dont think giving it sharp edges would help much?
