I think most people here just physically heat their oil using an electric block or oil pan heater.

I place a nice big unicorn chip under the oil pan and light it.

The only Russian cold weather oil additive i know of is heat. I saw a documentary about life in Siberia a long time ago, and they used a tray of hot coals under their diesel truck before starting it. Then they just kept it running all day.
