Saw a skirted 5th gen Civic sedan in Dallas yesterday

I-20 west-bound before the Cockrell Hill exit about 8pm yesterday 5/20? Saw a 92-95 Civic sedan white sitting on the shoulder- had skirts in the rear and some kind of spoiler at the top of the rear windshield. You were parked behind some truck/SUV...

I couldn't really see much- I was the white blur that went by in an S2000 at a very unefficient 90mph. Well, not really- I get about 27mpg on the highway at that speed.

Yup, just a straight board off the top edge of the rear windshield.
