ScanGuage/Open Loop/Closed Loop

This isn't a huge deal but it bugs me so maybe it bugs others as well.

When the Blue BAT is in Open Loop operation at low to moderate RPMs (cold startup), I have noticed that my ScanGuage does not correctly calculate fuel flow and mpg. The BAT is at high idle, cruising down the neighborhood street at 25mph, obviously burning significant fuel; but the ScanGuage is showing 9999mpg and 0.00gph. Once the engine warms up enough that the ECU goes to Closed Loop operation, ScanGuage starts displaying mpg and gph numbers that make sense.

Does anybody know if there a setting in ScanGuage that I might have incorrect, or is this a glitch in ScanGuage or the way Toyota programs its ECU?

The setting is called Cutoff. You need to set it higher. Look in the manual or at the SG site for details.
