Side mirror delete

Deleting the side mirror on your New Beetle just got a helluva lot easier. I was at the dealership today when I discovered OEM suction cup mirrors that are meant to be placed on your dash or to replace your missing rear view mirror.

Sweet!

Is anyone using these?

Let me know what you guys think.

The only downside that I've seen is that they're about $30 bucks. OF COURSE.

I've never had a suction cup anything that didn't eventually fall off.

But if it's right there in front of you, you can always lick it and stick it back on.

Good question. I actually took a picture with my phone and not surprisingly, the p.o.s. let me down. I'll snap another when I get my wife's car later today. It's probably better this way, anyway. The quality of the phone's camera isn't what I'd call topnotch.

Cheers

ok, sorry, man...

I'm going to have to wait until Monday at some point. The morons at the dealership are telling us that my wife's car isn't ready.

Hold tight.
