You have a roof rack? Why not just put something over the roof rack attached to the highest point on the cap? It's not going to be an increase in frontal area, and it'll smooth things out a bit if that rack has cross bars in it.

Don't know if anyone else noticed the side rail there...

Jeez, the side rails are almost as tall as the cap itself...
