I really dislike that photo 'cause it makes me  You see, we've had drought restrictions for years and can't wash our cars at home...

We have had enough flooding that in some towns, people could literally canoe down mainstreet. I have a 70 gallon drum in the backyard that has been constantly topped off all summer with all the rain.
