Solar Car Race

Hi, I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with the solar car race that a lot of major universities take part in. They race from like Texas to Canada and it's all college students.

So, anybody heard of this or actually done this before?

thanks

Heard of it.

I thought we had a couple of members here who were on their college/university solar teams.

I also know a photographer who is occasionally hired specifically to document solar race events.

Found one. User tijeff was on his school's solar project. He joined here and posted a few times in the ForkenSwift thread: Electric car conversion: Project ForkenSwift

Not sure if he would answer a PM, but you could try.
