Very encuraging !
The electric company (Hydro-Quebec) has been testing a fleet of i-MIEVs even in winter and the results are really encouraging. Yeah, range is affected, but other than that EVs work just fine in the cold. I'd even guess that stability on snowy roads might be better because of the low center of gravity.

I also saw videos of LEAFs testing in the snow (Nissan LEAF can handle snow)

I've seen about 5-10 Volts and 5-10 Leafs (leaves?). The Leaf sure is ugly. Volt is very sharp looking. Also a few Teslas running around. I know one of my neighbors has one.
