You make it look so simple! Might I ask the source of the dimpled plastic.
I assume the dimpling is more for rigidity than for attempting to achieve lamner (sp?) flow?

Amazing job! Looks great!

Any fire risk with the choice of plastic?

If so, would a few layers of aluminum foil spray-glued to the top surface help?
