How does a person create a sticky thread ???

I want to create a sticky in the Open ReVolt: open source DC motor controller forum. ( Sticky: Open ReVolt Help )

Only admins or moderators can sticky threads.

If you have list of FAQs to post up I'd be happy to sticky it for you. However, if you only have a question about your specific problem I see no reason to sticky it.

A key forum member (Paul Holmes) looks like he could use a Sticky Thread with help file information on the ReVolt EV Controllers.

I don't have anything put together to post yet. Would like to have a link for the ReVolt wiki and some kind of Information/Help file on top of the page.

I just want to know about how to get a sticky created.
