Looks good! I look forward to following.

In a personal search, of 2009 Cobalts w/ standard transmissions, I found five- only one was an XFE, three were LT, and one was LS.

Yep 2 of mine are fine as well and on a different vehicle, replaced them with ecopias at 50k, one front tire had a screw stuck in the tread quite well and the other was bald.

I do have a occasional stumble when just driving along. It looses power completely for a fraction of a second, some time multiple times in a row. When it does once it feels like just hit a dip in the road. Some days (today) it will do to 10 times on way to work, then goes a several days without doing it at all. Talked to one mechanic he thought maybe TPS sensor, I moved the SGII to it this week, watching TPS, GPH, MPA, and instant mpg. GPH goes to 0 or close to when it does it, instant if does it long enough goes 9999, I don't see any changes on the other 2.

Thinking of picking up a fuel pressure gauge to see what the pumps doing. Any idea?

That "stumble" sounds exactly like something my roommate's 2000 Saturn LS1 was doing. We didn't have the kind of instrumentation to figure if it was a fuel or a spark issue, but based on what you're seeing it definitely sounds like fuel. Can't say anything more about the fate of that particular Saturn, because it's not in the family anymore. Too bad, it was a great car.
