I kind of figured that there were more electric vehicles out there because the controls for them are becoming more common, along with motors and alot of other parts! if you want to build a nice EV all you have to is order up the parts and put it together, if you work for a big vehicle maker and want to design an EV for them you are not starting from scratch.

Hey Ben, should we be contacting NPR about doing a program on the carbon free vehicle law? this is new to me as well.
