Suggestion - How about a news forum

I was going to post a link to an item about someone trying the iMev electric car



but wondered where. It could go in the EV section but others may want to, so I wondered about a NEWS section somewhere - on-top and related items only ?

If I have missed one then slap me with a kipper.
