No problems. Other than I had a little trouble getting the replacement trans input shaft onto the clutch hub on the flywheel. (I left the motor in the car to do the swap - it moved around a lot while I was wiggling the trans home.)

Oh - I also had to re-adjust the clutch cable for some reason when I was done.
