Thumbs up Tanked up on $1.979 Gas !!!

Dude, I can't believe this!

I was down in South Phoenix today, and every gas station in about a 5-mile radius was selling regular for $1.979. Everyone!

Must be having a gas war down there! LoL! Haven't seen those prices in a while...

Hey Deuce, last week here in the Kokomo-Indy stetch of road it was a great $1.72, but as soon as the news came out about the Nat'l average it went up the next day to $1.89, but after a couple of days it is now $1.79. When I drive into central and southern Ohio it always is a bit cheaper, I wonder if that is true now?

I've seen some in the area as low as $1.649. My uncle in ohio said he was selling it for $1.699. These prices are nuts. As much as I like them, people are driving like idiots again. "oh gas is lower than it has been in YEARS, I can afford to drag at every stoplight now."

Gas is even cheaper than bottled water! (wait a second... )
0.80/L here (which is way more than you yanks are paying) and I haven't seen that price in a couple years.
