New WAI on a 98 Ecsort

I put a warm air intake on my 99 Escort. It was kind of tricky because the exhaust is about 2 inches from the radiator and the air inlet is tucked into the front left fender well. I had to pass over the radiator hose and then into the air cleaner inlet. I have been getting 41 to 42 MPG when it's fairly warm out 60 to 75 degrees, and it goes down to 34-35 when the mornings are cold teens, 20s, and low 30s.
I took it down the freeway today with an ambient temp of 66 (normal cold intake) I was getting 40 for the short time I drove it, maybe 10 miles. Then I came home and hooked up the warm air. I didn't get to test the mileage but did see the FIA on the scangage went up to 100+ pretty quick.
Back in the summer I drove home (47+ miles from work ) in 110 degrees and the MPG on the scangage went up up up really fast like in maybe 6 miles I hit 40MPG.
Tomorrow will be the test, 100 miles to work and back. Cold in the AM and warmer in the PM.

I'll get some pics of what I did if anybody wants to see it.
Next up: side skirts under the rocker panels

Hoping for the best
