...reminds me of the proverbial "ice-cycle bullet" where the problem "source" is *gone* when they get around to looking for it.

...when you relinquish ALL control to a computer, you had better test EVERY POSSIBLE combination of inputs and software algorithm responses before you can even remotely state the computer is NOT at fault.
